Why am I having problems with my shopping cart?

Why do I need a password and login to order items?

Creating a personalized username and password allows us to track your orders.  Your account also contains gift card balances and will show your order history.  In addition, each user is set up to be able to view the items they have available to order.  If you need to change your password, click on "My Details" on the home page after logging in and scroll to "Change Password".  If you forget your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the log in screen.  A password reset email will be sent to you.

Return Policy

If you receive clothing or promotional items that are flawed or defective, contact David Bitter at david@midwestsinglesource.com or 785-862-4522. You may exchange the defective item for the same replacement item.


Delivery Time

Please allow 4-5 business days to receive promotional items.  Please allow 3 weeks to receive your corporate apparel orders.  Midwest Single Source provides Azura CU with a broad selection of clothing styles and colors.  As a result, it is not feasible to maintain stock in all styles, colors and sizes offered.  All orders are produced on demand and therefore require your patience.
